Job Description:
Greet patients warmly and manage the registration process.
Handle billing, invoicing, and cash handling.
Coordinate patient flow between the waiting area and doctor’s cabins.
Manage general office administration and visitors.
Manage front desk documentation and basic administrative tasks.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Provide accurate information about the organization’s services.
Maintain records, files, and front desk inventory.
Specification:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Management preferred).
Smart personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and billing software.
Prior experience in a front desk or customer service role is an advantage
