Job Description:
  • Attend walk-in customers and handle their queries in a polite and professional manner 
  •  Provide complete information about services and products to customers 
  •  Manage customer payments and ensure accurate receipt entry 
  •  Maintain proper records of all payments received 
  •  Handle incoming calls and transfer them to the respective departments 
  •  Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues efficiently 
  •  Greet customers warmly and guide them appropriately throughout their visit 
  •  Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience at all times
Specification:
  • Excellent communication skills in both Nepali and English 
  •  Pleasant, confident, and customer-friendly personality 
  •  Strong customer relationship management skills 
  •  Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel 
  •  Ability to handle customer queries calmly and effectively 
  •  Basic understanding of office coordination and communication flow 
  •  Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks
