Front Desk officer
Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Front Desk Management:
    • Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
    • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries, providing accurate information about services.
    • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  2. Client Interaction:
    • Address initial queries about educational programs, admission processes, and other services offered by the consultancy.
    • Schedule appointments and meetings for counselors and other team members.
    • Collect and organize necessary documents from students for applications.
  3. Administrative Support:
    • Maintain and update records of client inquiries and feedback.
    • Assist in managing calendars, bookings, and follow-ups for counseling sessions.
    • Ensure timely communication with clients regarding updates and deadlines.
  4. Coordination and Communication:
    • Liaise with counselors, support staff, and external partners to coordinate services efficiently.
    • Communicate updates about promotions, seminars, and events to clients.
  5. Customer Service:
    • Resolve complaints or concerns promptly and escalate issues to the appropriate department if necessary.
    • Foster a positive and helpful atmosphere to enhance the client experience.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Prior experience in customer service, front desk management, or administration is an advantage.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of office equipment.
    • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a problem-solving attitude.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
