Gears and GMA Manager- Kathmandu
Job Description:
  • Drive sales growth and profitability of Genuine Motorcycle Accessories (GMA) and riding gear.
  • Work closely with dealers to improve retail performance, display standards, and customer experience.
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotions, and training programs for dealer teams.
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and track performance at SKU and dealer level.
  • Monitor stock availability, ordering, and replenishment to ensure optimal inventory.
  • Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and share insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Product) for smooth execution.
  • Support marketing initiatives, product launches, and brand-building activities related to GMA and gears.
  • Ensure adherence to company brand standards and processes across the network.


Specification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • 3–6 years of experience in automotive/motorcycle accessories, aftermarket sales, or retail operations.
  • Strong understanding of dealer management and channel sales.
  • Experience in planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and reporting tools.
  • Passion for motorcycles, riding culture, and accessories.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
