Job Description:

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Prior internship experience in HR or related fields is a plus.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process by posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
  • Assist with employee onboarding and orientation sessions.
  • Handle HR administrative tasks including maintaining employee records and databases.
  • Respond to employee inquiries and assist with minor issues or conflicts.
  • Coordinate training sessions and track employee training progress.
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
