• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role

• Ensure effective delivery of lectures, labs, and projects
• Monitor student performance, discipline, and academic progress
• Foster industry-institute collaboration, guest lectures, and workshops
• Manage department budgets, resources, and infrastructure
• Coordinate accreditation, quality assurance, and compliance with academic regulations
• Represent the department in college meetings and contribute to institutional growth
