Job Description:
  1. Co-ordinate new employees' orientation and onboarding process.
  2. Manage the recruitment process, including job opening, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and conducting interviews.
  3. Maintain accurate & up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.
  4. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  5. Assist in identifying training and development need for employees.
  6. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office services.



Responsibilities and Duties:
  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree.
  2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
  3. Preferably worked in IT Field.
  4. Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
  5. Knowledge of employment legislation.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
