Job Description:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  •  Prior experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.


Responsibilities and Duties:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, posting job ads, and assisting in onboarding.
  • Assist with payroll processing and attendance management.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Address employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Help with performance appraisal processes and documentation.
  • Support in organizing company events and recognition programs.
