Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in an HR or administrative role preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, posting job ads, and assisting in onboarding.
Assist with payroll processing and attendance management.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
Prepare HR-related reports as needed.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Help with performance appraisal processes and documentation.
Support in organizing company events and recognition programs.
