Job Description:

• Develop and implement structured HR policies, systems, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, contracts, performance, confirmation, and other HR documentation.
• Manage monthly payroll, salary adjustments, incentives, allowances, and SSF-related documentation in coordination with Finance.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, engagement activities, discipline, and workplace culture.
• Oversee administrative operations, documentation, filing systems, and coordination across all outlets/branches.
• Ensure proper clinic documentation and compliance related to licenses, PAN/VAT, labor requirements, and health-service regulations.
• Prepare HR and administrative reports and maintain accurate, confidential, and audit-ready records.
• Support management in workforce planning, performance management, organizational development, and scalable HR systems.

Specification:

• Master’s Degree in HR Management or Healthcare Management.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll, attendance, and HR operations.
• Good understanding of Labor Act, SSF, employment documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong administrative, organizational, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and HR documentation systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
• Prior experience in the healthcare/health sector will be an added advantage.
