HR & Admin Officer-Baneshwor
Job Description:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  •  Conduct employee induction and orientation programs for new hires. 
  •  Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet organizational hiring needs. 
  •  Process monthly payroll accurately and maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll records. 
  •  Ensure compliance with PF, SSF, TDS, and other statutory payroll requirements. 
  •  Prepare HR documents, including appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, warning, and experience letters. 
  •  Maintain employee files, HRIS, and all HR-related documentation. 
  •  Support performance appraisal, employee engagement, and training & development initiatives. 
  •  Handle employee grievances and assist in disciplinary procedures. 
  •  Prepare HR reports, MIS, and manpower reports. 
  •  Oversee day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth business operations. 
  •  Manage office assets, inventory, and administrative records. 
  •  Coordinate office supplies, housekeeping, security, transportation, travel, accommodation, and other administrative services. 
  •  Process vendor bills, manage petty cash, and coordinate payments with the Finance Department. 
  •  Liaise with government offices and external agencies whenever required. 
  •  Ensure compliance with company policies, HR procedures, and the Nepal Labour Act.
Specification:
  • Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of experience in HR & Administration in a reputed organization. 
  •  Strong knowledge of payroll processing, PF, SSF, TDS, and Nepal Labour Act. 
  •  Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation. 
  •  Good understanding of HRIS, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and payroll systems. 
  •  Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. 
  •  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information. 
  •  Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management abilities. 
  •  Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple departments.
