Job Description:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR and administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with HR software or HRIS systems.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Administer employee benefits, payroll coordination, and compensation strategies.
  • Supervise and coordinate administrative activities, including office management, vendor relationships, and facilities management.
  • Manage budgets for HR and administrative operations, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
