Qualification: Minimum Bachelor degree in Management with relevant experience in HR functions/ 

Freshers are also welcomed.

Job Description: 

∙Develop strong relationship and effective communication between Company and Employee. 

∙Coordinate in staff recruitment and selection process. 

∙Prepare HR related documents like, contract papers, termination letter, role change papers etc. 

∙Provide information and assistance to staff, supervisors on human resource and work related 

issues 

∙Monitor employee daily attendance. 

∙Maintain proper record of employee leave. 

∙Update employee database and ensure proper record keeping. 

∙Organizing Training & Development Programs.
