HR Generalist/Officer-Naxal, Kathmandu
Job Description:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection process for clinic staff and support departments. 
  •  Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs for smooth integration. 
  •  Handle employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution in a professional manner. 
  •  Maintain HR records including attendance, leave management, HRMIS, and employee documentation. 
  •  Support payroll processing by verifying attendance, overtime, and HR-related data. 
  •  Oversee performance appraisal and evaluation processes, maintaining proper records. 
  •  Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws. 
  •  Prepare HR reports, manpower updates, and submit regular reports to management. 
  •  Assist in workforce planning and employee engagement activities. 
  •  Coordinate with department heads for staffing needs and HR support.
Specification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field. 
  •  2–3 years of HR operations experience, preferably in healthcare, clinic, or hospital sector. 
  •  Strong knowledge of Nepal Labor Law, HR policies, and HR practices. 
  •  Experience in HRMIS, attendance systems, and HR documentation. 
  •  Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools. 
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  •  Ability to handle employee issues confidentially and professionally. 
  •  Good documentation, reporting, and analytical skills. 
  •  Strong organizational and multitasking ability. 
  •  Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with multiple departments effectively.
