Job Description:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities for clients’ employees.
  • Help maintain and update HR records, databases, and employee files.
  • Assist in preparing and drafting HR documents, such as offer letters, contracts, and policy manuals.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and events for clients.
  • Support payroll and benefits administration by collecting and verifying relevant data.
  • Conduct research on HR trends, compliance, and best practices to enhance client services.
  • Assist in creating reports and presentations for internal and client-facing purposes.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.


Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in HR functions and a desire to build a career in HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR tools/software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
