HR Manager- Naxal, Kathmandu
Job Description:
  • Lead end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning & development, and HR operations.
  •  Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals and labor laws. 
  •  Oversee performance appraisal systems, KPI implementation, employee development, and succession planning. 
  •  Manage compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, attendance, leave administration, and HR documentation. 
  •  Foster a positive workplace culture by driving employee engagement, resolving grievances, and supporting disciplinary processes. 
  •  Collaborate with department heads for workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational development initiatives. 
  •  Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices while maintaining confidentiality of employee information. 
  •  Monitor HR metrics, prepare management reports, and recommend improvements to HR processes and workforce effectiveness. 
  •  Lead organizational change initiatives, restructuring, and leadership development programs. 
  •  Advise senior management on HR strategies, workforce planning, budgeting, and people-related decisions.
Specification:
  •  Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA in HR is preferred.
  • Professional HR certification is an added advantage. 
  •  7–10+ years of overall HR experience, including at least 5 years in core HR functions and 2–3 years in a managerial or leadership role. 
  •  Strong expertise in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, compensation & benefits, training & development, HR operations, policy implementation, and labor law compliance. 
  •  Sound knowledge of Nepal Labor Law, HR best practices, and organizational development. 
  •  Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Office, HR analytics, and reporting. 
  •  Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills. 
  •  Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. 
  •  Ability to maintain confidentiality and lead change management, employee engagement, and succession planning initiatives.
