HR Officer-Dhobighat
Job Description:
  • Lead recruitment and selection processes — job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees. 
  • Manage employee relations, including grievance handling, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes. 
  • Oversee performance evaluations, maintain appraisal records, and support performance improvement initiatives. 
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, company standards, and applicable labor laws; support policy implementation. 
  • Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and HR-related training activities. 
  • Maintain accurate HRMIS (Human Resource Management Information System) data, employee records, and statutory documentation. 
  • Support payroll preparation by verifying attendance and HR data accuracy. 
  • Prepare and submit HR reports, analytics, and insights to management. 
  • Assist with additional HR projects and initiatives as needed. 
Specification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field. 
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Good understanding of HR policies, workforce planning, and labor law compliance. 
  • Proficiency in HRMIS/HRIS systems and MS Office tools (Excel, Word). 
  • Ability to handle employee concerns professionally. 
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
