HR Officer
Job Description:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
  • Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll-related data with relevant departments.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee queries and grievances professionally.
  • Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documentation as required.
  • Support employee engagement and training activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company regulations and labor laws.
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
