HR/Admin Assistant -Kathmandu
Job Description:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and timely updates to HR systems.
  • Coordinate office administration, including procurement of supplies, vendor management, facility maintenance, and logistics support.
  • Assist departments in addressing HR and administrative requirements efficiently.
  • Ensure proper implementation and adherence to HR and administrative policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR and administrative reports, maintain documentation systems, and provide actionable insights.
  • Organize staff travel, coordinate meetings, and manage events to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives as needed.
  • Continuously improve HR and administrative processes to enhance efficiency and workplace experience.
Specification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR, administration, or office management roles.
  • Basic understanding of HR processes, recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Familiarity with office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management.
  • Knowledge of HR and administrative software/tools (e.g., MS Office, HRIS, attendance tracking systems).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
