Job Description:
  •  Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation processes
  •  Handle daily administrative operations including office supplies, logistics, facility support, and maintenance
  •  Monitor attendance, leave records, and ensure proper implementation of HR/Admin policies
  • Coordinate with vendors for procurement, office services, and operational requirements
  • Support departments with HR and administrative needs for smooth workflow
  •  Arrange staff travel, meetings, events, and internal coordination activities
  •  Prepare reports, maintain documentation systems, and ensure organized record keeping 
Specification:
  •  Bachelor’s degree in Management, Administration, HR, or related field
  •  0–2 years of experience in HR, administration, or related role
  •  Must have a valid bike license and own two-wheeler preferred
  •  Must have personal laptop for office work
  •  Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
  •  Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
  •  Strong documentation, reporting, and record-keeping skills
  •  Proficient in MS Office and basic office management tools
