Job Description:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation processes
Handle daily administrative operations including office supplies, logistics, facility support, and maintenance
Monitor attendance, leave records, and ensure proper implementation of HR/Admin policies
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, office services, and operational requirements
Support departments with HR and administrative needs for smooth workflow
Arrange staff travel, meetings, events, and internal coordination activities
Prepare reports, maintain documentation systems, and ensure organized record keeping
Specification:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Administration, HR, or related field
0–2 years of experience in HR, administration, or related role
Must have a valid bike license and own two-wheeler preferred
Must have personal laptop for office work
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure
Strong documentation, reporting, and record-keeping skills
Proficient in MS Office and basic office management tools
