Job Description:

• Handle recruitment, candidate coordination, onboarding, and employee documentation.
• Maintain attendance, leave records, employee files, and other HR documents.
• Manage daily office administration, including supplies, logistics, facilities, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for administrative requirements.
• Assist employees and departments with HR and administrative needs.
• Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
• Prepare HR/Admin reports and maintain accurate physical and digital records.
• Coordinate meetings, staff travel, events, and other administrative activities.
• Ensure smooth office operations through effective coordination and timely follow-ups.

Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, HR, Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant HR/Admin experience.
• Good knowledge of HR processes and office administration.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Good documentation, record-keeping, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
