Job Description:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and timely updates to HR systems.
Coordinate office administration, including procurement of supplies, vendor management, facility maintenance, and logistics support.
Assist departments in addressing HR and administrative requirements efficiently.
Ensure proper implementation and adherence to HR and administrative policies and procedures.
Prepare HR and administrative reports, maintain documentation systems, and provide actionable insights.
Organize staff travel, coordinate meetings, and manage events to ensure smooth operations.
Support performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives as needed.
Continuously improve HR and administrative processes to enhance efficiency and workplace experience.
Maintain stock registers and digital inventory records.
Verify incoming materials with purchase orders.
Coordinate with departments for material requirements.
Specification:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Administration, HR, or a related field.
6months to 1 years of experience in HR, administration, or office management roles.
Basic understanding of HR processes, recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
Familiarity with office administration, vendor coordination, and facility management.
Knowledge of HR and administrative software/tools (e.g., MS Office, HRIS, attendance tracking systems).
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and reporting.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments.
