- Coordinate the recruitment process: prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, screen applications, conduct interviews, and assist in final selection.
 - Handle onboarding of new employees: orientation, documentation, ensuring pre-employment checks, contract preparation.
 - Maintain and update employee records (attendance, leave, personal data) accurately and confidentially.
 - Support performance appraisal process: assist line managers with evaluations, review, probation completion etc.
 - Administer leave, attendance, overtime, and other HR policies; follow up on daily attendance.
 - Assist in payroll processing (or provide accurate data to payroll team) and ensure deductions, allowances, etc., are reflected properly.
 - Help develop, communicate and implement HR policies, SOPs, employee handbook etc.
 
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
Experience : 1-3 years in HR/Admin functions for junior/officer level.
Technical Skills : Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and record-keeping.
Legal / Regulatory : Knowledge of local labor laws, statutory compliance.
