Manage daily hub operations, including receiving, sorting, scanning, storage, and dispatching shipments.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, safety, and quality standards.
Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise delivery personnel and hub staff.
Assign pickup/delivery tasks and monitor team performance to ensure timely completion.
Monitor fleet, delivery productivity, and overall operational efficiency.
Manage COD collection, reconciliation, returns, and timely cash submission to the Accounts Team.
Prepare regular reports on delivery performance, COD, shipments, productivity, and operational issues.
Identify operational gaps and coordinate with Central, Regional, Accounts, Transportation, and other teams for timely resolution.
Identify and onboard potential merchants while maintaining strong relationships with existing merchants.
Address merchant and delivery personnel concerns and ensure quality service.
Monitor key KPIs including on-time delivery, completion rate, pickup performance, COD reconciliation, returns, and shipment processing.
Ensure proper utilization of hub resources and maintain an organized and efficient work environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
1-2 years of relevant experience in logistics, delivery operations, hub management, fleet management, or a similar role.
Experience in team supervision and operational coordination.
Strong understanding of COD, shipment handling, reconciliation, and delivery operations.
Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and basic reporting tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of the assigned local market and delivery routes is an advantage.
Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
