Job Description:

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR systems (HRIS), labor regulations, and best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with confidentiality and professionalism.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment (job postings, interviews, offers).
  • Conduct onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
  • Support employee engagement, welfare activities, and grievance handling.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Assist in performance appraisals and training & development programs.
  • Coordinate with management and staff on HR policies and procedures.
