Conduct market research and sales activities to achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
Identify, negotiate, and close agreements with institutional, corporate, SOHO, and consumer customers.
Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the Institutional Business Unit (IBU).
Fix appointments and conduct meetings with institutional prospects/clients while maintaining strong public relations.
Coordinate with Branch Manager, SOHO Supervisor, and Corporate Sales team to obtain necessary support and information.
Handle prospect conversion, contract signing, and first-bill collection to ensure eligibility for incentives.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and performance reports.
Maintain professional conduct, healthy workplace relationships, discipline, attendance standards, and compliance with all company policies and codes of conduct.
Specification:
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Running .
Minimum 1 years of experience in sales.
Excellent English and Nepali communication skills.
