Job Description:

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Web Development, or related fields.

1–2 years of experience in website management, coding, or IT support roles.

Good knowledge of: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP (basic to intermediate)

Experience in handling basic IT hardware/software support.

Knowledge of jewellery e-commerce platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the company’s website, product listings, and online catalog.

Handle basic coding tasks (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.) for website customizations and minor development work.

Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs, errors, or downtime issues.

Coordinate with external developers/agencies for major web development projects.

Manage online security, backups, and updates of digital assets.

Support e-commerce platforms (if applicable) with updates, promotions, and integrations.
