Job Description:

• Collaborate with the sales team during pre-sales to provide product demos and technical consultation
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate software solutions
• Lead software onboarding, configuration, and implementation processes
• Conduct end-user training sessions and create support documentation
• Provide post-sales support including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Coordinate with development and QA teams for customization or fixes
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure ongoing satisfaction
• Conduct regular follow-ups and performance reviews post-implementation

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or Management
• 3+ years of experience in software support, implementation, or solution consulting
• Proven experience with ERP systems, Tigg software preferred
• Experience in client-facing roles and delivering training programs
