Jr. Sales Officer

Job Description:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, OR Intermediate level with at least 1 year of experience in any industry
• Prior knowledge or experience in sales
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to handle routine problem-solving effectively
• Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
• Valid two-wheeler/motorcycle driving license is mandatory
• Gender: Male
• Age: Not exceeding 30 years
• Local Candidates preferred

Specification:

• Generate leads and identify potential customers for TATA Commercial Vehicles.
• Conduct field visits, handle showroom walk-ins, and follow up regularly to achieve sales targets.
• Present product features, benefits, pricing, and financing options to prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Negotiate with customers, close sales, and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Service, and other relevant teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
