Assist in processing insurance applications, renewals, and claims.
Help manage customer inquiries and provide assistance with policy-related questions.
Maintain and update client, policy, and claims data in company systems.
Prepare and organize insurance-related documents, reports, and presentations.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and client visits.
Assist in general office administration tasks like answering calls, managing emails, and filing documents.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of materials for internal and external meetings.
Respond to customer inquiries and assist with claims follow-ups.
Perform data entry tasks and track the status of insurance policies.
Maintain office supplies and assist with office organization and inventory.
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in business or related field preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of insurance processes and terminology is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Previous office or administrative experience is an advantage.
