Handle routine tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
Process and verify documents, reports, or forms for accuracy and compliance.
Support senior staff with specific projects, research, and other duties as required.
Provide customer support by responding to inquiries and providing relevant information.
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage and update databases and client files to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events for the team.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, or client visits.
Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions, offering suggestions or feedback.
Handle routine correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and memos.
Ensure all tasks are performed according to company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Basic knowledge of company products, services, and industry regulations is an advantage.
