Qualifications:
 
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.

Experience: 1–3 years in marketing, preferably within the insurance or banking sector.
 
Skills: Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and a valid driver's license.​

Responsibilities and Duties:

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with clients to enhance brand loyalty.
 
Sales & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including direct outreach and networking.
 
Market Research: Conduct research to understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends.
 
Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote insurance products.
 
Digital Presence Management: Manage and update the company's social media platforms to engage with the audience.

Administrative Support: Maintain records, prepare reports, and assist in other administrative tasks as needed.
