Key Account Manager
Job Description:

1.Regularly follow up with both new and existing customers to maintain and grow the 
business. 
2.Achieve new sales targets in terms of both revenue and the number of new 
customers. 
3.Prepare and deliver presentations of intranet services to corporate clients as 
required. 
4.Analyze customers' needs, design and recommend solutions that optimize value and 
resources for both the customer and the company. 
5.Collect and analyze trends in pricing and customer requests for special services in 
different business zones. 
6.Prepare agreements adhering to the company's terms and conditions and follow up 
on customer contracts and payments. 
7.Develop and maintain relationships with customers and identify new business 
opportunities within their firms. 
8.Prepare a report on enterprise sales activities and submit it to the supervisor. 

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Additional training in B2B sales or enterprise account management is a plus.
  •  Minimum 3-6 months of experience in B2B sales, enterprise account management, or a similar role. 
  • Sales & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to pitch, negotiate, and close deals with corporate clients.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess client needs, analyze trends, and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
