Job Description:
Oversee daily hub operations and workflow efficiency
Coordinate with central and regional teams for smooth operations
Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
Monitor hub performance and prepare operational reports
Recruit, train, and manage delivery personnel
Handle driver issues, concerns, and discipline fairly
Manage fleet operations reporting and updates
Reconcile and collect cash/returned products from delivery agents
Update delivery sheets and submit cash to accounts
Create orders in Hermes/3PL and print stickers
Assign pickup agents for vendor product collection
Receive, verify, and manage incoming packages
Coordinate inside valley product handover (transport partners)
Conduct merchant market research and identify opportunities
Approach and onboard new merchants
Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants
Negotiate contracts and agreements with merchants
Specification:
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business or related field
Experience in logistics, operations, or hub management preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good communication and coordination abilities
Knowledge of delivery/warehouse systems (Hermes/3PL preferred)
Ability to handle cash, reporting, and documentation accurately
Problem-solving and decision-making capability
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to manage drivers, vendors, and merchant relations
High level of responsibility, integrity, and accountability
