Job Description:
  • Lead and manage IT infrastructure, operations, networks, servers, cloud systems, and enterprise applications.
  •  Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, procedures, and governance standards aligned with business objectives. 
  •  Oversee ERP, CRM, system integration, upgrades, migrations, and technology deployments. 
  •  Implement cybersecurity policies, risk assessments, security audits, and incident response. 
  •  Ensure compliance with applicable NTA standards, regulations, and IT security requirements. 
  •  Manage Kubernetes, container platforms, DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). 
  •  Drive automation and scripting to improve IT efficiency, reliability, and operational performance. 
  •  Lead IT projects, budgets, technology investments, and infrastructure improvements. 
  •  Manage and mentor the IT team while promoting continuous learning and innovation. 
  •  Manage vendors, contracts, procurement, negotiations, and SLAs. 
  •  Lead disaster recovery, business continuity, crisis management, and incident response activities. 
  •  Maintain accurate IT documentation, SOPs, compliance reports, and system records.
Specification:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in IT Operations, including 2+ years in a leadership/management role. 
  •  Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, system administration, networking, cloud, and enterprise applications. 
  •  Hands-on experience in Disaster Recovery planning and security audits. 
  •  Knowledge of Cybersecurity, penetration testing, risk management, and incident response. 
  •  Experience with Kubernetes, Containers, DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). 
  •  Strong understanding of automation, scripting, system security, and access management. 
  •  Proven experience in IT project, vendor, budget, and contract management. 
  •  Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. 
  •  Ability to manage critical incidents and make effective decisions under pressure. 
  •  Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Travel may be required.
