Job Description:

• Promote the company’s internet (and related) services (e.g., broadband, fiber-to-the-home, IPTV) to residential and/or small business customers.
• Identify potential customers (door-to-door, commercial buildings, apartments, neighbourhoods) and present service offerings, benefits and packages.
• Generate and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, offline and online sources.
• Meet and/or exceed monthly and quarterly sales/marketing targets (customer sign-ups, subscriptions, revenue).
• Maintain and update customer and lead database (CRM), record interactions, status and progress.
• Work with the marketing team to execute local promotional campaigns, events, flyers, banners, social media outreach, referral programmes.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Intermediate Completed or Bachelors Running/Completed
•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical internet/broadband services to non-technical customers. 
•  Willingness to do field work (visits to prospective customers, apartment complexes, neighbourhoods) and handle a degree of mobility.
