Job Description:

 ● Identify and approach potential clients through cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals. 
● Present and explain OnlineZeal’s range of digital marketing services tailored to client needs. 
● Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects and effectively manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
 ● Set up meetings and pitch customized marketing solutions to decision-makers. 
● Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent follow-ups and reporting. 
● Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and upsell opportunities. 
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements. 
● Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports on performance and forecasts. 
● Represent the company at meetings, industry events, and client visits as needed. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

 ● 0-1 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in a digital marketing, media, or service-based industry.
 ● Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-driven approach.
 ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Nepali. 
● Ability to understand client needs and propose relevant solutions. 
● Familiarity with digital marketing trends and services is an advantage. 
● Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication. 
● Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work both independently and in a team. 
● Must have 2 wheeler
