Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms, materials, and communications.
Oversee creation of promotional content — brochures, videos, blogs, newsletters, and event materials.
Develop and optimize lead generation strategies that support counseling and admissions teams to increase inquiries and conversions.
Analyze campaign performance and conversion metrics to improve ROI and marketing effectiveness.
Lead, mentor, and evaluate the marketing team; hire, train, and develop staff as needed.

Specification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
Expertise in digital marketing tools (social media, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email).
Demonstrated experience in leading integrated marketing strategies and teams.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
4 years plus experience in marketing , preferably within education, consultancy, or service industries.
