Job Description:

• Develop, implement, and manage marketing plans and campaigns in line with company objectives. 
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform strategy. 
• Coordinate promotional activities across digital, social media, and traditional channels. 
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies as needed. 
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and content, to ensure cohesive marketing execution. 
• Manage social media presence and engagement to build and maintain a strong brand image. 
• Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, banners, presentations, and ad creatives. 
• Support events, activations, product launches, and client presentations when required.

Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 1 years in marketing, digital marketing, or related roles (freshers with relevant skills may be considered).
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (social media, email, SEO/SEM).
• Ability to analyze market data, monitor performance, and derive actionable insights.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple campaigns.
• Innovative mindset with attention to detail and results-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, analytics platforms, MS Office, and graphic tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
• Self-motivated, proactive, problem-solving ability, and ability to work independently or in a team.
