Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaign plans aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across channels (digital, social media, print, events, POS, etc.).
Monitor and report on campaign performance, metrics and ROI; make recommendations for improvements.
Supervise, mentor and coordinate junior marketing staff or contractors (content creators, designers, agencies). Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels (adherence to brand guidelines).
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, negotiate contracts, oversee deliverables.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and threats.
Prepare and manage marketing budgets, track expenses and assist in budget planning.
Organise marketing-related events or activations (roadshows, trade fairs, product launches) and ensure logistics and promotion are handled.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
Minimum of 2 – 4 years of marketing experience (including supervising/coordinating marketing activities) depending on seniority.
Demonstrated experience across both digital and offline marketing channels.
