Job Description:
  • Provide expert academic and career counseling to students planning to study in Australia, the UK, the USA, and New Zealand.
  •  Assess students' academic qualifications, financial background, and test scores to recommend suitable universities, programs, and study destinations. 
  •  Manage the complete admission process, including profile evaluation, university shortlisting, application submission, offer follow-up, and enrollment confirmation. 
  •  Guide students through visa application procedures, documentation, and interview preparation for respective countries. 
  •  Stay updated on visa regulations, immigration policies, embassy requirements, admission criteria, intake periods, and scholarship opportunities. 
  •  Review student documents thoroughly to ensure compliance and maintain a high visa success rate. 
  •  Achieve individual and team enrollment targets by converting walk-ins, inquiries, and referrals into successful admissions. 
  •  Participate in seminars, webinars, education fairs, school visits, and other promotional activities to generate student leads. 
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with international universities, colleges, and partner institutions. 
  •  Coordinate with university representatives regarding application status, scholarships, promotional campaigns, and admission updates. 
  •  Mentor and support junior admission counselors to improve performance, service quality, and counseling effectiveness. 
  •  Review applications processed by team members to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance. 
  •  Share industry updates, counseling best practices, and market insights with the team. 
  •  Maintain accurate student records, application progress, and communication history in the CRM system. 
  •  Prepare and submit regular reports on student conversions, visa success rates, enrollment performance, and country-wise admissions.
Specification:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Master's degree preferred).
  •  Minimum 1 –2 years of experience in international education counseling or student recruitment. 
  •  Strong knowledge of admission and visa processes for Australia, the UK, the USA, and New Zealand. 
  •  Proven experience in handling university applications and visa documentation. 
  •  Excellent counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  •  Strong ability to assess student profiles and provide suitable academic guidance. 
  •  Proven track record of achieving admission and enrollment targets. 
  •  Familiarity with CRM systems and student application management tools. 
  •  Strong organizational, documentation, and time management skills. 
  •  Ability to mentor junior counselors and work effectively in a team environment. 
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  •  Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy. 
  •  Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple student applications simultaneously. 
  •  Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong relationship management skills.
