National Sales Manager

Job Description:

• Overall supervision of Sales Department, Dealer.
• Achievement of given sales/ Collection target Monthly/Quarterly/ Annually .
• Meet and exceed KPIs.
• Motivate, guide, and train Sales Team for optimum Sales & Revenue generation, balance confirmation of all parties.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
• Overall management of Sales of various products through Policy Bound Method. 
• Guide and train subordinates for effective performance.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Strong managerial and leadership abilities
• Master’s degree completed
• 5–6 years of senior-level experience, including 2 years in FMCG
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical, data-driven problem-solver
• Proficient in sales apps (DNMS, Rosiya, etc.)
• Skilled in Microsoft Office
• Must possess a valid four-wheeler driving license
