Network and Station Manager-Kamaladi

Job Description:

• Identify and evaluate locations for battery swapping stations 
•  Conduct site feasibility studies (accessibility, visibility, utilities) 
•  Coordinate with landlords, partners, and stakeholders for station setup 
•  Support network expansion across Kathmandu Valley 
•  Manage relationships with property owners, partners, and government bodies 
•  Oversee daily station operations, uptime, and maintenance coordination 
•  Ensure stations meet operational, safety, and service standards 
•  Coordinate utility connections and infrastructure readiness with vendors 
•  Track performance data and support expansion planning and optimization

Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Operations, or related field 
•  Experience in operations, business development, infrastructure, or field deployment preferred 
•  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
•  Ability to manage multiple field-based projects 
•  Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools 
•  Familiarity with EV, mobility, or energy sector is an advantage 
•  Willingness to travel frequently for field operations
