Network Support- Jawalakhel
Job Description:
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues, including no internet or unstable connections.
  • Configure and maintain routers and ONT devices.
  • Resolve IPTV/STB activation errors and signal level problems.
  • Identify and handle fiber cuts, ONU issues, and hardware faults.
  • Coordinate with NOC, L2, and field teams for escalations and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Provide guidance to resellers on network best practices, device usage, and preventive maintenance.


Specification:
  • SLA adherence and timely ticket resolution.
  • Reseller satisfaction rating. Reduction in repeat complaints.
  • Number of successful activations supported.
  • Proper hardware documentation and minimal defects.
  • Quality of training provided to resellers.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 1/2 years of experience in ISP/telecom technical support
