Job Description:

• Monitor network performance including availability, utilization, throughput, and latency.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve network issues within defined SLA timelines.
• Provide Level 2/3 technical support and troubleshoot escalated network incidents.
• Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, SOPs, and infrastructure changes.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients for issue resolution and service continuity.
• Configure, install, and manage network devices and related services.
• Maintain network KPIs and KRAs in line with company targets.
• Manage network uptime and dependencies impacting performance.
• Monitor fibre P2P links, optical power levels, CRC errors, and related network parameters.
• Support wholesale clients and handle high-priority escalations.
• Remain available for on-call support (24×7) as required.
• Perform indoor and outdoor field visits when necessary.
• Work in rotational shifts and handle pressure effectively.

Specification:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant NOC or network operations experience.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and on-call schedules.
• Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
