Nursery Teacher
Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Teacher to join our team in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood development, a creative approach to teaching, and the ability to form strong relationships with both children and their families. The Nursery Teacher will be responsible for delivering a curriculum that supports the development of each child, ensuring their safety, well-being, and learning needs are met in a fun, inclusive, and engaging environment. 

Knowledge: A basic understanding of early childhood development and a willingness to learn.

Personal Qualities: Patient, compassionate, and enthusiastic. A genuine interest in teaching and supporting the growth of young children, with the desire to learn and improve professionally. 

Experience: No prior experience is required; however, any experience working with young children is a plus. 

Skills: Good communication skills, organizational abilities, and a caring attitude toward children. 

Responsibilities and Duties:

Curriculum Delivery: Assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate learning activities based on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum or equivalent framework, fostering children’s development in various areas.

Individual Development: Observe and support each child’s progress, identifying their individual needs and providing personalized care and attention.

Safety and Well-being: Maintain a safe and secure environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines, ensuring the safety of children at all times.

Classroom Management: Help create a stimulating, organized, and engaging classroom that encourages creativity and independence.

Communication: Build strong relationships with children, parents, and team members, sharing updates and progress in a friendly and supportive manner.

Team Collaboration: Work alongside other nursery staff to deliver high-quality education, offering assistance with daily tasks and supporting the overall development of the nursery.
