Job Description:

•  Coordinate daily O&M activities with field teams.
•  Monitor fiber route stability and inspections.
• Handle outage response and fault escalation.
•  Maintain route logs and joint box records.
•  Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
•  Ensure tools, materials, and resources availability.
•  Coordinate with NOC, supervisors, and admin teams.
•  Conduct audits and verify maintenance quality. 

Specification:

•  Diploma/Bachelor’s in Engineering or IT.
•  1–3 years of O&M/fiber coordination experience.
•  Knowledge of fiber network operations.
• Good reporting and documentation skills.
•  Strong communication and coordination abilities.
•  Ability to work under pressure during outages.
•  Basic troubleshooting and fault-handling knowledge.
• Teamwork and problem-solving skills.
