Job Description:

• Monitor and maintain POP site equipment, power backup systems, and environmental conditions 
•  Coordinate fiber O&M (Operations & Maintenance) tasks with field teams 
•  Check POP alarms, temperature, and overall system health regularly 
•  Support in resolving network outages and fiber cuts 
•  Maintain POP logs, power reports, and equipment records accurately 
•  Manage spares, tools, and update POP inventory 
•  Conduct routine inspections and audits of POP sites 
•  Ensure safety standards and maintain cleanliness at POP locations 
•  POP uptime and equipment stability 
•  Accuracy in reporting and log maintenance 
•  Timely response and support during outages 
•  Quality of route inspections and POP audits

Specification:

• Minimum +2 (Higher Secondary) completed 
•  Technical background preferred 
•  Experience in POP management or fiber O&M is an advantage 
•  Basic knowledge of POP equipment (UPS, batteries, air conditioning, racks) 
•  Strong coordination and field-handling abilities 
•  Good documentation and reporting skills 
•  Problem-solving and troubleshooting capability
