Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for supervise and manage the administration, account and marketing department.
- Communicates with all relevant employees to ensure the work complete smoothly.
- Coordinates activities that affect operational decisions and company requirements.
- Plans, schedules, and reviews workload to make sure targets are being met.
- Manages the stock control, and checks that records are accurate.
- Creates a detailed schedule based on strict deadlines.
- Makes sure the working environment maintains.
- Formulate business strategy with others in the team and forward to the management team.
- Manage contracts and relations with customers, dealers, partners and other stakeholders.
- Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the branch optimize costs and benefits
- Mentor, guidance and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement.
- To provide regular information where necessary to assist with the compilation of reports to the management.
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements to the managing director.
