Job Description:

• Accurately dispense prescribed medications in accordance with regulatory standards
• Evaluate prescriptions to ensure appropriate dosage, therapeutic suitability, and to identify potential drug interactions
• Provide clear and comprehensive counseling to patients on medication usage, precautions, and possible adverse effects
• Recommend appropriate over-the-counter medications based on patient needs and clinical judgment
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient medication records
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and inventory management of pharmaceutical products
• Adhere to all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards governing pharmacy practice
• Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care

Specification:

• Bachelor’s or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy (PharmD, or equivalent) with valid professional licensure.
• Relevant experience in community, hospital, or clinical pharmacy practice
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, medication therapy management, and prescription evaluation
• Effective communication and patient counseling skills.
• Proficiency in pharmacy management systems and medical record keeping.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ethical, responsible, and professional with a patient-centered approach.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and collaborate within healthcare teams.
