Job Description:

 • Dispense medicines as per doctor prescriptions with accurate labeling and packaging 

 • Maintain prescription records, patient confidentiality, and proper documentation

 • Monitor inventory, check expiry dates, and manage stock levels effectively

 • Guide patients on medicine usage, dosage, and precautions as advised by doctors

 • Assist in OTC product recommendation and basic pharmacy sales support

 • Ensure proper storage, cleanliness, and arrangement of pharmacy items

 • Support ordering, billing, and reporting of medicines and supplies when required

 • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and staff for smooth patient service flow

 • Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, SOPs, and safety standards

 • Handle medicine shortages, discrepancies, and report to management 

Specification:

 • Valid Nepal Pharmacy Council registration is mandatory
 • 1–2 years experience in pharmacy, dispensing, or healthcare retail preferred
 • Basic knowledge of medicines, inventory handling, and pharmacy operations
 • Strong communication and patient handling skills
 • Ability to maintain records, documentation, and confidentiality
 • Basic sales and product recommendation skills preferred
 • Responsible, detail-oriented, and disciplined personality
 • Ability to work in team and handle pressure in healthcare environment
